3:10 to Yuma is a 2007 western directed by James Mangold and a remake of the 1957 film based on an Elmore Leonard story. Christian Bale plays Dan Evans, a drought-stricken Civil War veteran rancher in debt who volunteers for two hundred dollars to help deliver captured outlaw Ben Wade, played by Russell Crowe, to the train bound for Yuma prison. As Wade's ruthless gang led by Charlie Prince, played by Ben Foster, hunts them, the charming killer and the stubborn rancher test each other's ideas of honour.
