Pixar's 2007 animated comedy, directed by Brad Bird, follows Remy, a country rat with a refined sense of taste who dreams of becoming a chef like his idol Gusteau. Washed into Paris, he lands in Gusteau's restaurant and forms an unlikely partnership with Linguini, a hapless garbage boy, guiding his hands from under his hat. Together they win over the kitchen and face the feared critic Anton Ego. A delicious story about talent coming from anywhere.
