Richard Marquand's 1983 space adventure closes the original Star Wars trilogy. Luke Skywalker, now a confident Jedi, leads a daring rescue of Han Solo from the gangster Jabba the Hutt before returning to Dagobah to complete his training. While Han, Leia and Chewbacca join forces with the furry Ewoks on the forest moon of Endor to bring down the shield of a new battle station, Luke goes to face Darth Vader, convinced that some good still remains in his father.
