Sucker Punch is a 2011 action fantasy directed by Zack Snyder. Emily Browning plays Baby Doll, a young woman sent to a grim asylum by her cruel stepfather. To survive, she imagines the place as a nightclub and, deeper still, as epic battlefields with samurai giants, World War I trenches, dragons and robots. Guided by a mysterious Wise Man, she and fellow inmates Sweet Pea, Rocket, Blondie and Amber collect the items they need to escape before time runs out.
