Chris Sanders's 2024 DreamWorks animated adventure, adapted from Peter Brown's novel, follows ROZZUM unit 7134, a service robot who washes ashore on an uninhabited island after a storm. With no humans to help, Roz studies the animals around her and accidentally becomes the adoptive mother of a gosling she names Brightbill. Aided by the cunning fox Fink, she must teach him to swim and fly before migration. Lupita Nyong'o, Pedro Pascal and Kit Connor lead the voice cast of this painterly family film.
