13 Going on 30 is a 2004 romantic comedy fantasy directed by Gary Winick. In 1987 awkward teenager Jenna Rink wishes to be thirty, flirty and thriving, and wakes up seventeen years later as a glamorous fashion magazine editor, played by Jennifer Garner. With the mind of a thirteen-year-old in a grown-up life she does not remember, she seeks out her childhood best friend Matt, played by Mark Ruffalo, and starts to discover what kind of person she has become.
