Deadpool & Wolverine is a 2024 superhero action comedy directed by Shawn Levy and the third Deadpool film, the first set within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Ryan Reynolds returns as the fourth-wall-breaking mercenary Wade Wilson, who learns from the Time Variance Authority that his timeline is doomed and goes looking for a Wolverine to fix it. He ends up with the worst one, a bitter Logan played again by Hugh Jackman, and the two trade insults and blows across the Void, where Cassandra Nova rules.
